How I’m going to become more consistent in 1001 days.
Here it is my friends: My list of 100 activities in 1001 days. I am so excited to share this with you. I have spent the last few weeks coming up with activities that are not only goal focused but also test me to be more consistent.
If you have never heard of 100 things in 1001 days here’s the short version of it- this challenge involves creating a list of specific achievable and measurable goals to complete in 1001 days. That is roughly 2.75 years. These goals can focus on one specific thing like all about health and wellness or they can focus on all areas of your life.
My list is broken down into key areas of my life: homesteading, personal finance, career development, personal growth, wellness, and building my side hustle. These categories not only reflect where I want to grow—but also where I need to become more consistent.

🌿 Wellness & Personal Health
- Lose 75 pounds
- Walk for 30 minutes, 5 days a week for 3 months
- Walk 10,000 steps a day for 30 days
- Do a 30-day 1-liter water challenge
- Get 8 hours of sleep for 14 days
- Practice meditation for 21 days
- Do a no-spend month
- No processed food for 1 week
- Go no added sugar for 1 week
- Fast from caffeine for 5 days
- Spa day every season
- Use essential oils daily for 30 days
- Try oil pulling for 7 days
- Practice 30 days of random acts of kindness
- Do a 24-hour digital detox
- No phone for a day
- Create a morning routine
